FIRA BARCELONA with address in Barcelona, ​​Av. Reina Mª Cristina s/n, bearer of Tax Identity No. CIF Q-0873006-A, entered on page 7 of Book I of the Official Register of Catalan Trade Fairs, owns the website firabcn.com (hereinafter referred to as the website) which makes it available to Internet users in order to provide information about FIRA services, congresses, exhibitions and fairs, as well as to provide services through the local web.

2. Communicating FIRA Domain Names to Corresponding Registries

FIRA informs that it has communicated the domain names that are in use to the Trade Fairs Registry in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services.

3. General Conditions of Use and Acceptance of these

The purpose of these general conditions of use of the website, together with the general contractual conditions of the services provided therein, as well as any other particular conditions that may be established, is the regulation and provision of information to users of FIRA services BARCELONA and the website use regulations.

3. Responsibility of FIRA BARCELONA

6. Applicable legislation

The relationships established between the User and the owner of the website are governed by the provisions of the regulations in force regarding the applicable legislation and the competent court. However, in cases where the regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a certain jurisdiction, FIRA and the User submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that corresponds to them.

The rules of the Spanish legal system will apply in all cases.

General contractual conditions

1.- These General Contracting Conditions, together with the specific conditions that may be established if necessary, will expressly regulate the relationships that arise between FIRA BARCELONA and the exhibitors that contract the services offered through the website.

2.- These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 of the General Contractual Conditions, Law 3/2014 of March 27, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 of Commerce, Law of Commerce and , if necessary, by Law 34/2002, for Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

3.- The provision of any of the services on the website implies acceptance by the User of each and every one of the General Contractual Conditions, the General Conditions of Use of the Website and, if applicable, the Particular Conditions governing the provision of the service.

4.- FIRA BARCELONA informs that the procedures for carrying out the provision of the services offered are those described in these conditions and those indicated on the screen and those referring to each specific service so that the User has access to this information in a truthful, effective and complete way , at least three days before contracting the service, the User declaring that he is aware of and accepts these procedures as being necessary for the provision of the corresponding service.
