Reina Mª Cristina s/n, bearer of Tax Identity No. CIF Q-0873006-A, entered on page 7 of Book I of the Official Register of Catalan Trade Fairs, owns the website firabcn.com (hereinafter referred to as the website) which makes it available to Internet users in order to provide information about FIRA services, congresses, exhibitions and fairs, as well as to provide services through the local web.
2. Communicating FIRA Domain Names to Corresponding Registries
FIRA informs that it has communicated the domain names that are in use to the Trade Fairs Registry in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services.
3. General Conditions of Use and Acceptance of these
The purpose of these general conditions of use of the website, together with the general contractual conditions of the services provided therein, as well as any other particular conditions that may be established, is the regulation and provision of information to users of FIRA services BARCELONA and the website use regulations.
Browsing and using the website's services implies accepting, as a User, without any reservation, all the general conditions of use, the general contractual conditions and any others that may exist in relation to the provision of services by FIRA.
FIRA may modify these general conditions, as well as the general contractual conditions and the general conditions that are included by publishing said modifications on the website at any time and without any prior notice, so that users are aware of them in advance.
General conditions of use of the website

2. Industrial and Intellectual Property. hyperlink policy
2.1.- All content included on the website and especially brand names, trade names, industrial designs, drawings, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software or any other signs likely to be used industrially and commercially are protected by the rights of industrial and intellectual property of THE FIRA or third parties that own them and that have authorized their inclusion on the site. Therefore, any use and/or reproduction of these without express permission from FIRA is prohibited.
2.2.- FIRA will not be responsible for violations of the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties that may arise as a result of the inclusion on the website of brands, trade names, industrial designs, drawings, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons or software belonging to third parties who declared themselves to be their owners when they were included on the website.

The use by exhibitors of THE FIRA brands in their catalogues, brochures, commercial documentation, web page or in any other way at the corresponding exhibitions must be expressly authorized by FIRA.
2.4.- No link can be established to the website from any other website without the prior and express consent of THE FIRA.
Any links that are established must be to the main LA FIRA website or, as the case may be, to that page that FIRA itself indicates, and this link must be absolute and complete in order to link the User to the FIRA website that must include the full content of the main page screen.
2.5.- FIRA will not be responsible for the content of the web pages to which users connect through links on the website, nor will it be responsible for any infringements of third party rights that these pages may incur.
3. Responsibility of FIRA BARCELONA
The User acknowledges and accepts that he will be fully responsible for the use of the website and its services.
FIRA will only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of using the website when this damage is attributable to a fraudulent action by FIRA.
However, FIRA declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of its technology, to guarantee the functioning of the website and to avoid the existence and transmission of viruses and other components that could harm users.
4. User Obligations
The User undertakes to use the content of the website in a diligent, correct and lawful manner and further undertakes to refrain from:

6. Applicable legislation
The relationships established between the User and the owner of the website are governed by the provisions of the regulations in force regarding the applicable legislation and the competent court. However, in cases where the regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a certain jurisdiction, FIRA and the User submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that corresponds to them.
The rules of the Spanish legal system will apply in all cases.
General contractual conditions
1.- These General Contracting Conditions, together with the specific conditions that may be established if necessary, will expressly regulate the relationships that arise between FIRA BARCELONA and the exhibitors that contract the services offered through the website.
2.- These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 of the General Contractual Conditions, Law 3/2014 of March 27, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 of Commerce, Law of Commerce and , if necessary, by Law 34/2002, for Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.
3.- The provision of any of the services on the website implies acceptance by the User of each and every one of the General Contractual Conditions, the General Conditions of Use of the Website and, if applicable, the Particular Conditions governing the provision of the service.
4.- FIRA BARCELONA informs that the procedures for carrying out the provision of the services offered are those described in these conditions and those indicated on the screen and those referring to each specific service so that the User has access to this information in a truthful, effective and complete way , at least three days before contracting the service, the User declaring that he is aware of and accepts these procedures as being necessary for the provision of the corresponding service.
5.- All information provided to FIRA during the contracting processes will be stored so that the User can request information regarding the operations carried out by him in the last three months, these requests always being made by fax or email sent to FIRA.
6.- To access the services that are provided and offered through this website, FIRA may provide the user with a username and a “password”. The username and password provided are identifying elements that authorize the user to access the website services and are personal and non-transferable. FIRA may modify them after informing the User, in which case the modified codes will lose their validity.
7.- All technical resources necessary to access the website and provide FIRA services, as well as any taxes or expenses of any other type resulting from the provision of services, will be the sole responsibility of the User.
8.- The contracts signed through this website will be governed by the laws of Spain that will be applied to aspects not covered by these conditions regarding questions of interpretation, validity and annexation.
However, for cases in which the regulation provides for the possibility for the parties to submit to a certain jurisdiction or another, THE FIRA and the User submit themselves to the Courts of Barcelona and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that corresponds to them.
